Yes. Each reply is written for that review in a warm, personal voice, and it uses the reviewer's first name when they give one.
Do you need my Google password?
No. You sign in with Google and approve access to your listing. We never see or store your password, and you can remove access at any time from your Google account.
What about bad reviews?
Replies to 1 to 3 star reviews come to you by email first. You can post them as they are, change them, or leave the review without a reply.
Can I stop it?
Yes, any time. Cancel and the replies stop at the end of the month you've paid for. Nothing is charged in the first 14 days.
