The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and R P JACKSON LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13224794, registered office 7 Miller Drive, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 7LZ, trading as ConvoCart ("ConvoCart", "we", "us"). By creating an account you accept them. You must be 18 or over and using ConvoCart for a business.
The service
ConvoCart is an AI assistant that connects to your social channels, replies to your customers, takes orders, and sends invoices and payment links through your connected Stripe account. The assistant confirms every order back to the buyer before placing it, but AI can make mistakes: you are responsible for checking your product list and prices are right, for fulfilling what you sell, and for the legality and quality of your goods.
Your responsibilities
Keep your product information accurate. Deliver what your customers pay for. Follow the rules of the platforms you connect, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp. Do not use ConvoCart to sell illegal or restricted goods, including weapons, counterfeits, or age-restricted products without proper controls, and do not send unsolicited messages. One shop per account.
Billing
The Founding plan is £29 per month, locked at that price for as long as you remain subscribed. It starts with a 14-day free trial; a card is required and nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After the trial you are billed monthly. Cancel any time and your access runs to the end of the paid period; we do not give partial refunds for unused time. Prices for new customers may change, but a founding price is never increased while you stay subscribed. Your subscription appears on your card statement as ConvoCart. If you forget to cancel before your trial ends, message us within 3 days and we refund the charge, no questions asked. If you have used the system for more than 3 days we will not issue a refund. Sell-nothing guarantee: if your shop takes no paid orders in a billing month, message us within 14 days of that charge and we refund that month in full. Payments and your money
Buyer payments go through your own Stripe account. We never hold your money and we never see full card numbers.
What we promise, and the limits
We work hard to keep ConvoCart running, but we depend on third-party platforms and cannot promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable when a connected platform changes or withdraws access. Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and ending the agreement
We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, break platform rules, or fail to pay. You can close your account at any time and ask for an export of your data.
Ownership
We own ConvoCart, its software and its branding. You own your content, your product information and your customer relationships.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes belong to its courts.
