We keep this simple. ConvoCart processes DMs so it can reply to your customers and take orders. We store the minimum needed to run your shop: your messages, your product list, your orders, and the account you signed up with.

What we collect

Account details, connected social accounts, message content that passes through the assistant, and payment metadata (never full card numbers).

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use your customers' messages to train third-party models. We do not share your product list with other sellers.
