What is ConvoCart?

ConvoCart is your social inbox companion. It responds to comments and DMs, answers questions, keeps useful context and helps people shop in the conversation when they are ready. It learns how you talk from the replies you have already sent and any captions you paste in, so it sounds like you.

Where does ConvoCart work?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok in the USA, WhatsApp and web chat.

What if it says something wrong?

It answers from the products and details you give it. If a buyer asks for a person, or ConvoCart cannot answer, you are alerted by email or text so you can step in. Orders are read back to the buyer before they are placed.

What does it cost, and can I cancel?

It is $39 a month, or $348 a year, which works out at $29 a month. You get 14 days free, you add a card to start, and nothing is charged until day 15. Cancel any time and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

What if I forget to cancel?

Message me within 3 days of the first charge and I will refund it, no questions asked.

What if I do not make any sales?

If your shop takes no paid orders in a billing month, message me within 14 days of that charge and I will refund that month in full.

Can I pause it?

Yes. Quiet season coming up? Type PAUSE instead of cancelling. Your plan sleeps for up to two months, and your shop, your voice and your customer memory stay exactly as they are.
